SaveGo (https://savego.web.id) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website,SaveGo will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

1. Disclaimer of Hosting

It is important to understand that SaveGo DOES NOT HOST any video, audio, or image files on our servers. We solely provide a web-based utility to parse publicly available URLs and return direct download links generated by the respective social media platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Because we do not host the content, we cannot remove the content from the internet. If you are a copyright owner and wish to have your content removed, you must contact the original platform hosting the content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).

2. Blocking Access

Although we cannot remove the source content, SaveGo is willing to cooperate with copyright owners by blocking access to specific URLs through our tool. If you believe that your copyrighted work is being downloaded through our service and you wish to block our system from generating links for your specific content, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice.

3. Submitting a Notice

To file a notice of infringement with us, you must provide a written communication that includes the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (Provide the exact URL of the video/post).
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and an electronic mail address.
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
